How the journey works

Six levels, in order. Each answers one question about you.

1. 1

   Career Compass

   Where could I fit?

   Thirty quick questions point you to your top two career families. This sets direction, it isn't scored.

2. 2

   Aptitude

   How do I think?

   Three equivalent rounds of numerical, logical and verbal reasoning, with targeted learning and practice in between.

3. 3

   Core Understanding

   What can I actually do?

   You choose a career direction and complete a real task in it, code, analyse, design, decide or handle a situation.

4. 4

   Group Discussion

   How do I communicate with others?

   An in-person discussion observed by an ET mentor on communication, clarity, listening, participation and collaboration.

   The discussion can run for up to three rounds. A strong first round takes you straight to the Technical Interview; after the last round, everyone moves on.

5. 5

   Technical Interview

   How do I perform with an expert?

   Two rounds with an interviewer matched to your chosen direction.

6. 6

   HR Interview

   How ready am I for a professional conversation?

   A real HR conversation that closes the journey.
