Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use apply to the websites and apps run by Enni Thuniga Solutions (OPC) Private Limited ("Enni Thuniga", "ET", "we", "us"): the ET website, ET Compass (the free Career Compass), ET Cards and ET Journey, together called the "Services". By using a Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services
- You must give correct details (name, mobile number, email address) and keep them up to date.
- If you are under 18, you may use a Service only with the verified consent of a parent or guardian, as the Service asks. We do not knowingly collect a child's details without that consent.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. What the Career Compass is, and is not
The Career Compass is a self-reflection tool. It shows how strongly your answers leaned towards each of eight career families. The percentages are separate scores. They are not a prediction of career fit, ability, admission, job or success, and they do not replace personal career counselling, academic advice or professional guidance. The roles we show are directions to explore, not guarantees. Please talk to seniors, mentors and counsellors before you make a decision.
4. ET Cards and ET Journey
- ET Journey is a structured programme with stages such as aptitude rounds, a career-direction task, group discussion, interviews and a readiness report. ET Cards is an interview-practice tool.
- Your work may be reviewed by ET mentors and evaluators. We may use software, including AI tools, to help with evaluation. Mentors review the outcomes and make the final decision.
- An ET certificate or report shows your performance in the ET programme. It is not a degree or a diploma from a university, and it is not a promise of a job, placement or salary.
- The leaderboard shows your name only if you agree to it. You can change that choice.
5. Using the Services properly
You agree not to:
- give false details, take a test for someone else, or let someone take yours;
- copy, scrape, record, publish or resell the questions, cards, scoring or reports;
- try to break, probe or overload the Services, or get into accounts or data that are not yours;
- upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share;
- use the Services to harass anyone.
6. Our content and your content
- The questions, cards, scoring methods, designs, logo and text of the Services belong to ET or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for yourself.
- What you submit (answers, written tasks, recordings) stays yours. You allow us to store it, show it to your mentors and evaluators, and use it to run the Service and to improve it, as set out in the Privacy Notice. We will not show your work publicly without your separate permission.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Fees, payments and refunds
- ET Compass is free. Some programmes and products are paid. The price shown at the time you pay applies, in Indian rupees.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Batches, dates and changes to a programme
Batch dates, venues, mentors and schedules can change for practical reasons. We will tell you by email or WhatsApp. If ET cancels a batch and you do not want to move to the next one, you will receive a refund as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Messages we send you
We send service messages (verification codes, schedules, results, receipts) by email and, where you have given your number, WhatsApp. We send updates and offers only if you have agreed to them separately, and you can stop them at any time.
10. No guarantees, and limits on our liability
- We work to keep the Services accurate and available, but they are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, ET is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using a Compass result or a report.
- For any claim connected with a paid Service, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited.
11. Suspending access
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse the Services or put others at risk. Where a paid Service is ended because of a fault on our side, we will refund the unused part as the Refund and Cancellation Policy provides.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use a Service after that means you accept the change.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to settle a problem. If it is not settled, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to approach the forum the law gives you.
14. Complaints and contact
Complaints about the Services can go to William Joshua, Enni Thuniga, payanam@ennithuniga.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
